This mold measures 8.25” x 2.75” x 0.75”. This makes 3, 2.75” x 2.75” ravioli, a slightly smaller ravioli than the single mold, which measures 3” x 3”. These can also be cut with a circle pastry cutter for round ravioli.

Treated with Osmo TopOil which is a Food-safe Hardwax-oil wood finish which is extremely tough and hardwearing. Easily clean with light soap and water.
